Return Policy

1. Return within 7 Days of Receiving the Product:

   If there is any defect or issue with the product, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it. 

2. Product Condition:

  To be eligible for return, the product must be unused and in its original condition, including all packaging and tags.

3. Valid Reasons for Return:

• If the wrong product was delivered.

• If the product was delivered in a damaged condition.
• If the product does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.

  
  

4. Refund or Exchange Process:

 Once the returned product is inspected, a refund or product exchange will be arranged based on your preference. Refunds will only be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

5. Return Shipping Costs:

If the product is faulty or the wrong product was sent, Living Healthy BD will cover the return shipping costs. For other reasons, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

6.Non-Returnable Items:

• Healthcare, personal care, or food items are non-returnable once used.

  
  

• Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
